It’s All In My Head is an Egyptian woman’s endeavor at better understanding life in its fast-paced modern form. It is a series of thoughts and opinions that Yusra Badr has written over the course of a little over three years. The variance between the topics in this book is substantial, and they do not relate to a specific genre or category. They are as diverse as our everyday lives, and as close to our hearts and selves as we are. Many of the chapters in this book have previously been published in magazines in Egypt, including What Women Want Magazine. They reflect observations on the world we live in today and also include a diary of the author's experience with the 18 days of the Egyptian revolution.
